- MORTGAGE APPOINTMENT
We can guide you through the buying process. Explain all the costs involved and give you an accurate figure on how much you can borrow.

We will get your mortgage agreed for you so you can be confident you have a mortgage in place, ready for when you find a property. An estate agent will want to see this before you can offer.
- FIND A PROPERTY
This is the exciting part. Go and find a property! Once you have an offer accepted on a property, let us know and we will book you in again to finalise everything for you.
- SIGN UP
We will make our final mortgage and insurance recommendations. Make sure you’re happy, finalise the application, instruct a solicitor and property valuer.
We liaise with your mortgage lender, solicitor and estate agent to make sure everything runs smoothly right through to completion (when you get your keys!)
